A.i.R. Charitable Home and A.i.R. Transit Home are run by the A.i.R.Humanitarian Homes. The charitable establishments were set up with an aim to provide free medical treatment and care to the poor, destitute, and needy. Today, over 600 homeless and suffering people are served and cared for in these destitute homes and provided with free shelter, food, clothing, and medical care.
The Home runs its own fleet of ambulances, has its own administrative and medical staff of doctors and nurses, and operates a unique 24/7 helpline number dedicated to the service of the underprivileged. The A.i.R. Humanitarian Homes collaborates with other hospitals in case a patient needs specialized or advanced treatment, raises funds for such treatments and consults specialists when required.
